Thank you Brian for being the best neighbor, you kept Joy in check and everything tickerty boo in the close. Joy has done well under your management and now we rely on the fact you are in our hearts and thoughts and we will miss you out in the garden on a summers day in the whitest vest top, seeing you in your comfy armchair supervising the lawn cutting. Keep safe, rest and one day we can all raise a glass together. Thanks for all the good time and parties and games and laughs.
